Pasticceria Pfatisch is a member of the Associazione Locali Storici d’Italia, which
gathers 240 of the oldest and most prestigious public establishments in our country,
among hotels, restaurants, trattorias, pastry shops and cafés that are truly a part of
history. These are the stores and businesses that have written the pages of Italy's
illustrious history through the he many happenings, events, and the people who walked
in their doors. They can truly be defined as “museums of hospitality”, thanks to the
testimonies, the furnishings and the memories that they preserve. These moments,
places and people truly make up fabric of the historical heritage and traditions of our
country. Pfatisch pastry shop has had patrons of noble origins, and culture shapers from
around the world: Prince Umberto and Princess Iolanda of the Savoy family, Duke of
Aosta, Duke of Genoa, Countess Calvi of Bergolo and Countess of Mirafiori, Cesare
Pavese, Primo Levi, Natalia Ginzburg, Indro Montanelli, Mario Soldati, Norberto Bobbio.
The Associazione Locali Storici d’Italia is recognized by the Ministry for Cultural
Heritage and Businesses.
