Pfatisch Patisserie is a member of the association “Locali Storici d'Italia” (Historical Places of Italy), which brings together 240 of the oldest and most prestigious public places in Italy, including hotels, restaurants, trattorias, patisseries, and cafés that have written history. These are establishments that have been protagonists or authors of pages in the history of Italy, through the events they have witnessed and the personalities that have frequented them, and they can be defined as "museums of hospitality" for the testimonies, furnishings, and memories that they preserve and that are part of the historic heritage and traditions of our country. Over the years, the Pfatisch Patisserie has been frequented by the great aristocracy and the world of culture: Prince Umberto and Princess Iolanda of Savoy, the Duke of Aosta, the Duke of Genoa, the Countess Calvi di Bergolo and the Countess of Mirafiori, Cesare Pavese, Primo Levi, Natalia Ginzburg, Indro Montanelli, Mario Soldati, Norberto Bobbio. “The Association of Historical Places of Italy” is under the patronage of the Ministry of Cultural Heritage and Activities.
